Julian carrots in to thin strips
- Temper onions, chillies, mustard seeds , add the carrot and temper for few mins
- Add ½ cup water along with turmeric n salt, simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the thick coconut milk let in simmer for 2 mins n remove from heat.
Carrot white curry
Serve with any spicy meat curry along with white rice
